This information is used to create and manage your seller account. Identity verification information Your government-issued ID type (passport, driver's license, national ID, or state ID) and ID number. After your application is approved, you will be asked to upload a photo of your ID and a selfie through a secure third-party identity verification provider. We do not store raw identity documents on our servers. Storefront information Your store handle, store name, bio, and social media handles (Instagram, TikTok). This information is displayed publicly on your storefront page. Portfolio and craft information A description of your sample nail set and an optional portfolio link. This information is used by our review team to assess application quality and is not displayed publicly without your consent. Tax information Your selected tax form type (W-9 for US persons, W-8BEN for international sellers). Full tax document collection is handled by our compliant tax infrastructure partner after approval. We do not store completed tax forms on our servers. Banking and payout information Your bank name and the last four digits of your account number collected at registration for reference purposes only. Full payout details — including account number and routing number — are collected securely through our payment provider after your application is approved. We never store full banking credentials on our servers. Service providers We work with hosting, analytics, and operational service providers who process data on our behalf under strict confidentiality agreements.
